Actually the ones I downloaded are for the correct version. I think the problem might be in the extraction process. Windows keeps asking me for a password before it extracts the files so I created one then it hits me with another prompt asking if I want to overwrite this file: Yes or No? Either way I answer, the files still never make it to the addon folder.
What am I doing wrong?
Well I tried WinRar and WinZip and both have the same results as my Windows extractor. I keep getting the ACCESS DENIED error everytime I try to extract the files to my AddOns folder. Is there possibly something I need to reset. I mean how hard can this be, I just cannot seem to get the files in the folder.
Very frustrating. Any advice???

You don't get 'Access Denied' on folders
unless a specific program (ie: WinGuard, not OFP) has locked it or if you're using an NTFS-formatted drive and have set security options available for that file-system.
A normal 'Windows' Access Denied error only occurrs on
files in use by the system, as stated by Parker, but even running OFP while inserting addons won't cause it when putting files
into the Addons folder as the new files simply remain there unused until the next time OFP loads.
Also, the prompt to overwrite the file means that the addon file of an identical name is already present in the folder you're trying to place it in.
The problem with lie within your own system security settings and/or a problem within Windows.
Unfortunately, OFPEC is purely editing-focussed, so we're not big on becoming a full-on tech support forum ...
