can i make any unit a para

i know under west/air/parachute it gives you a black op as the unit but is their any way of having a unit of your choice to be the para?

Make an empty parachute (empty>air>parachute) and give it a name.  Then any unit you like can have a;

This MoveInDriver ParachuteName to get him into the chute.
