stringtable subtitles not showing

I am having trouble getting my subtitles showing.

Problem:
I put a reference in the description.ext file to the table, but the titles don't show!!!

I most likely did not set it up properly, so how do you properly set it up? if this is the problem?

Upload the file here, or add a quote of it so we can see if anything is wrong.
Also use notepad instead of exel to edit it! Exel can fuck it up!

here is my stringtable and description files.

Your stringtable.csv file is called stringtable.csv.txt.

Remove the  .txt  portion from the name.

Thank you, this was the problem, but there is a new one, the sound does not play.
