SBO sound files

hi
on a game i have alot of good sounds that i wish to put into my ofp mission.
Unfortunatly they are all in SBO format.I was wondering if there is a tool or somthing so that i could convert them into usable ones.

Is it possible?

Are they a type of midi file or something? if they are I think you'll have difficulty finding a converter, because midi files are just a kind of instruction for the sound card I think.
