how would you get soldiers to talk to each other, with sound, not just subtitles? Can you do custom conversations with your own words with sound?

how would you get soldiers to chat over the radio with custom conversations with sound?

Look in the tutorial section here at the editor depot.

click on "browse tutorials".

then click on page three.

there might be even more tuts on that subject so have a look!

As you've probably gathered the answer is yes.   There are lots of tutorials and a whole forum board to help you.
