showRadio = not working

Hello all,

I have tried to read up on all the forums but didn't find any so far.

Hence the post.

Basically, I would like to have an airstrike available only when a certain objective have been met and not before. (hence hiding the radio feature until that objective have been met)

I have tried using the 'showRadio = 0' in the description.ext
and executing it by having an 'init.sqs' file with 'showRadio = 1' or 'showRadio = true' (neither worked).

Any suggestions?

Yes, use the forum search function and learn about switch triggers.

Also look up the command reference and learn the command

setRadioMsg

oh yes, I completely forgot about the setRadioMsg.

'Switch triggers' never heard of them before but will look into it.
