Hey! Wait for my teammates to get out!

How do you get a chopper to wait for your group to get in? I'm a leader of a squad, and uses a getin WP and a Load WP. The chopper leaves at the moment i get in. It doesnt wait for my teammates. It is the same when we land. The chopper leaves when i get out, and my teammates are still in.

Is there a way to get the damed chopper to wait for my teammates to get out!?

Get In  waypoint (Sync) Load waypoint

Get Out  waypoint (Sync) Transport Unload waypoint

You need to remember to sync your waypoints so they will work together.... Hope this helps you.
