Which program or programs do I use to create new weapons?

O2 and Bulldozer (O2 viewer) - can all be found at the BIS website. Its very hard though and has a steep learning curve, i suggest you grab all the tutorials you can

Ok then.  This spikes me to get some people to make the M1 Garands, 30 cals., and other Korean War Era weapons for me :'(

hmmm, like i said i'll stick to the addons makers for that.

I like this command, its kind of like lock if it gets too anoying even for the poster
