My own resources is there a tut

Is there a tutorial on how to create and use your own resources instead of the BIS made ones ya know like

cutRSC["asdfd","sdfd"]

Just need a little help with that.

Yes. Find Bloodmixers ofp site. He's got one of the best resource tutorials. I can't remeber the url, but I bet you could find it with google.
