Giving AI a hand at selecting its weapons

Hi

I want to know: Is it possible to somehow influence which kinda weapon the AI uses against a specific target? For example, I'd like to tell a chopper to use a specific kind of rocket against tanks (the rocket causes a lot of damage, but has low hitRange), and use another kind of rocket against infantry and other soft targets. The problem I'm currently stuck at is that my chopper uses the cannon instead of firing the rockets most of the time, even if its under heavy fire from enemy tanks. It does use guided missiles, but once the last missile is fired it almost never fires rockets.

So far I tried the "weaponType" and "primary" commands but to no avail.
