Putting a Sniper in the Attic.

Anyone know how I would get started to try and put a sniper in the attic of one of those green houses? I looked through the tutorial and nothing jumped out at me. Any help would be appreciated.

sniper setpos [getpos this select 0, getpos this select 1,3]

Wouldn't that just place the sniper 3 meters above the ground level?
