Converting from mp3 to ogg problem

 I'm trying to convert a mp3 file to an ogg one using dbpower, but it gives me an error. Do I need to have the mp3 file with any special settings such as a concrete bitrate or something like that? OR what's wrong?

 I used to know of another program to do this, but I can't remember which is now. Does anybody know of another program??

Have you tried converting mp3 to wav instead and then to ogg?

Look out with you OFP version... OFPv1.00 (mine) crashes if i use post 25112001 codecs.
