Heli Landing troubles
« on: 31 Jan 2003, 16:55:41 »
Hi my problem is that I want my sniper to be extracted from a certain point by an MH-60 and when the blackhawk reaches there he jsut hovers in the air??? Ive synchronzied all the waypoints and everything but he just wont land to pick up the sniper. I used the waypoint "load" for the MH-60 and "get in" for the sniper and synchronzied both of them, any ideas?

in the load waypoint of the chopper write

sniper assignAsCargo heli; heli land "GET IN"; [sniper] orderGetIn true;
If you can't beat them, buy them

Try what Ottie said, but unsynchronize the Load and Get In waypoints.

For added effect, try to put a H marker (invisible if you like) on the ground.. helos like them
