convert .sqm files and other file to .avi or .mpg format

hi all! i wondering if someone knows who i can convert mission files to .avi or .mpg format! i have heard that is quite hard to find or make, but i MUST have it becouse i making a movie in ofpr (nogova) and when the movie is done, i must, ofcourse, convert all the files to .avi or .mpg format. please help me with this!

Fraps works, not too well.  The best solutions are the most expensive.  Either use a TV out socket in the back of your vid card to plug in to a video camera (digital works best), or get two video cards and use one to display the game and record with the other.

There are some software solutions, but for the most part they suck, or you have to buy them anyway.
