HOw u make ground unitas not fire on air

how can u make a gound unit with a 50 cal not fire upon air units?  

ground unit name = e1
air unit name = h1

do you want anything else to fire at the chopper?

if not then

chopper setcaptive true
will make it so that nothing will shoot at the helecopter,

if, however you want something else shooting at the helecopter (vulcan,shilka etc.) then its slightly more complicated, i wont trouble myself giving you the solution now, in case the first solution works.
