have the runway lights come on with a trigger?  say when the alarm goes off the runway lights all come on.?? ???

The runways don't have lights. If you're talking about one of the scripts though just put the exec line in the trigger.

well ive got the addon runway lights and  know to turn em on i can put this inflame true   in thier init box and it works so i will have to learn some scripting now.

just put lightname inflame true in the trigger. (this on activation field)
where lightname is the name of the runway lght.
