cannot create a campaign..only mission

How do i create a campaign? I have tried something called OFP cool edit, but the campaign wont load. it always comes up with errors. I have created 10 missions and put them all together but still something is missing. Can anyone help me?
I don't know if this is the right place to post this topic..but please help me anyone.

 You need to make a campaign description.ext  

there is some info about it in the unofficial command ref that can be found here at OFPEC

and I'm sure you could probably find a tute about it around somewhere as well ....

The OFP cool edit made a description.ext to all folders.
1 in the first, and one for each mission. but still it wont load.
I get a message saying soemthing like this.. cannon load..etc.."y" instead of "=" .   does it make any sence?
