Night vision

Hey

I got out my NVG's once at night, and they were real awsome. (As in, not all edgy, it was real clear)
What conditions do I need to get a clear image for the goggles?

O Neil ???

Try puttimg on your binocular before the NV goggles, it worked for me once ;)

you can get a clear nv by using them in the intro/outro but not ingame, I think if you manage to get them ingame by pressing N its just a bug.

Err... I was under the impression that BIS had worked in a realism algorithm....

NVG is much less effective at dawn/dusk due to the dodgey light (as in real life), and slightly less effective when below a certain threshold of ambient light is available.

I've found that NVG will work very well in the middle of the night, but will start to get very flakey towards dawn/dusk. This is how it should be as far as I know...

I only try it at night. I got some real NVB's here at home. They work real well, under the start of course.

O Neil ;)
