Hi yes, what he said was a correct idea.
But what's better is this;
Step 1:
Create the player
Step 2: Create an empy parashoot.
Goto: empty > Air > parashoot
Name it : Para1 (or whichever you like)
For the special type: Flying (hit that)
Next in the initialization field of the player type this;
this moveindriver "para1"
When the mission starts you should now have a guy in a parashoot flying and falling.
...
But if your looking to add a parashoot to a guy who is not in the air yet, you either need some type of created addon or script to do that in which case I donot know how.
