Campaign making

Does anyone know of a good campaign making tutorial or tool.  I downloaded the Austrian Scripting Fronts tool and there was no readme file on how to use it.  Everytime I tried to move a mission.sqm file in to the mission section it wouldn't allow it?  Any hints would be much appreciated.
