Making voices sound like on the radio

I was wondering if anyone knew a voice effect program in which you can make voicefiles sound like they are on the radio (like a short band or walkie talkie)

I know OFP has a layer for this but all that really does is add a little static and a click. I have found tons of programs that can alter the voice to sound like a robot or a moster etc etc. So there must be one that can do the radio thing?

Any program that has an equalizer would work. basicly cut off all frequensies below ~500Hz and all freq. above ~4000.
im not sure of the exact freq. to make it sound good but play around a little.
i know that the program Cool Edit Pro has a decent Eq preset sounding like a radio voice.

I use audio edit magic. This has an equalizer in it.

You can also download voice effect programs that allow you to edit the sound of your own voice and you can at least put some hiss or turn up the treble to make it sound more like a radio voice.
