How do i use scripts?

How do i use scripts. For example i got this script which is to make units do push ups,



unit switchmove "FXStandToDip"
~3
unit switchmove "FXStandDip"

But i dont know how to use it. I would like to know how to use scripts. I have plenty but dont know how to use them lol.... can some 1 plz help?
