Tool for video capture needed.

hello, and i hope that's the right forum to post in.
I need a good tool for capture video from OFP. Has anyone any good suggestions?. I used fraps but that captured only in 640X480 and made a huge AVI in my folder hard to use it. Can anyone give me some info of which tool to use and how, and link is well acceptable.
Thanks in advance.

Huh? That's normal, you have to compress the movie with a prog like virtual dub.
FRAPS should do the trick.
Another one is
Taksi
.

use a video editor to save it as a smaller and higher quality video if needed if you have XP it will come with windows movie maker
You can also add some effects whilst editing it
