You press the Prt Scr-button on your keyboard and then paste the picture into a image editing program like Photoshop or Paint.

Or you download DXDLL:
http://www.ofpbase.com/pafiledb/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=446

It comes with a screenshot feature that allows you to take multiple photos using the App and F8 keys  ;)

The same way you take a screenshot of anything else, Print Scrn and paste...

More in detail...

When play press the button "Print Screen SysRq" on your keyboard, put game on a pause, curtail its pressing of keys "Alt" + "Tab", then start standard Windows the program "Paint" and press a combination of keys "Ctrl" + "V" ...everything, figure to be inserted and it can be kept on a computer.

One more way, download the program "Fraps" (link), it is possible to make screenshots through it.

Success  ;)

I wouldn't really suggest Fraps. Prt Scr gives you much more control over where the image is saved, format, etc. Fraps forces you to save it as a BMP, while it should be a JPEG for higher quality. Never did like Fraps.  :P

Anyway, I would suggest the old fasioned way (as I do it) or Dxdll. Either one works perfectly. Combine that with camera.sqs, and you've got a perfect screenshot.  ;) Just remember to toggle the crosshairs.

Why download extra stuff to do a job that Windows can do on it's own? The only reason I can think of is if you wanted to take a few in succession. So, if you want a series of screenshots without having to ALT+TAB all the time then get one of those external programs. If you just want the odd screen the use windows.

Plenty of reviewed ArmA missions for you to play

Are you using Kegety's dxdll with OFP?
Then you can press Application Key + F8 to create .tga screenshots in Operation Flashpoint\dxdll\screenshots.

If you don't want to use dxdll, you could try Fraps for making screenshots.

EDIT: Sorry for repeating everything already said above. :)

Not everyone has a program that can handle targa files though. Fraps is a good alterantive if nothing else works for you as .bmp files can be opened by almost anything ;)

A trick to getting good screenshots without the HUD showing is to create a Radio Trigger with this in the on Activation line:
Code: [Select]
this exec "camera.sqs"

This is an inbuilt function, and it gives you a cutscene like camera that is moveable. You can find more information here.

Then you can use FRAPS or Print Screen to capture better photos.
