Could use some advice on how to make this work with Wave Surfer. That is what I use to make oog files for sound.

Need some input on how to use the radio static oogs to merge them with my sound files, if anyone has done this with Wave Surfer yet or could point me towards a tutorial.

Thanks  ;)

Solved the issue - I am using a program that came with my PC - Creative Wave Studio, which came as part of the software for my Soundblaster card. Using that program I have no issues with copying and pasting the radio static into a new wave file and then using Wave Surfer to convert to the .oog file.

Not the most efficient way to do it, but the sound files are nice and tight for the game.
