briefing questions

Hey,
I have a template briefingdocument but when I insert the notes text, it won't appear in handwriting. So my first question is What is thew code for this and where to put it?

My second question is: In the game I saw several times a briefing with links to other briefings i.e friendly units who support u. How can I insert such a link?
Or a black op who made some observatories (or how the hell it is spelled...)

You can use the Briefing in the Tutorial Mission (also in the Ed Depot) as a template.   It has both handwriting and links to other pages.
