well (Here we go agan) the finnish defence forces mod downloadable at http://www.ofpec.com/addons/index.php?tag= has a script that if you're injured you can shout medic (in finnish for the resistance english for west and well do I need to say what it is for east?).

EDIT: got it. ;D

well it looks like you dont understand me but this must be a mp script so the medic sees how have been hurted and can engage them...  could be really neat in coop missions

*remebers coop mission on friday where 2 outta 3 players (Me included) were injured seriously and no medics.. an medic not in group woulda been helpfull.....*
Hmm.. You could have an array of medics, then have a eventhandler on each player (hit) that calls a script, checks if theres a medic close by, if so makes him go over to the player..
It could also have a playsound, and you record some "AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHOOOOWWWW" etc, and play a random sound (Scripts are around for that)

i think i know what u want.

its not a shout medic thing but it does imobilize people after they are hit so they cant be running around with a bullet in chest.  They roll around on the ground in pain untill they are either finished off by the enemy or they are meded

From what it sounds like, you are asking for a script that will determine if a soldier is wounded, and if so it will order any nearby medic(s) to go to that soldier's aid and heal him. As of right now, when a soldier is injured he is told by his group leader to go to the medic soldier. Then either the AI or you have to run (or crawl) your wounded ass to where ever that medic might just be. WTF is that?? He's a Combat Medic! It's his job to come to YOUR aid, not the other way around! But, this is just how OFP is. Many times when I was wounded I tried using the command menu to say I'm injured, but the medic never comes to me, I have to go to him. Pretty stupid, and I see how a script like this would make the game more realistic and enjoyful at the same time.

It would also be nice if this kind of script were made so that the player could also take the role of a medic, and have the injured AI call for help. Instead of having 2-3 AI crawling towards you like a bunch of zombies, they stay put yelling and screaming, while you have to go to them. Would work both ways, as either the wounded or as the medic. And making it MP compatible shouldn't be a problem either I think.

I haven't actually looked at them, but, there are one or two scripts in the Editors Depot that do something like this, or they purport to anyway.
