Radar Tower

I'm trying to do a script where if a certain tower is built, it gives the radar screen to everyone on the west side, and vise versa for the East. If you know how to do that, you could just tell me what is needed to make it happen, or just make it yourself  :).

Another thing, is there anyway to make a target show up on the radar from a farther distance. Just wondering if its possible.

An addon.

Having a radar at the top of the screen is a part of the config file of the unit.  To change that config you need a new unit, ie an Addon.
