horribly stupid question but...
« on: 15 Feb 2005, 16:38:36 »
I wrote a simple script, with notepad. Renamed it behindsandbags.sqs but it still qualifies as .txt. Stupid windows won't change it to an SQS file, it's still text!

so i cant even test it...

Need help, i couldn't change it, tried saving as and modifing properties.

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Folder Options -> [View] ->
 Uncheckmark (Hide extensions for known file types) click ok..

Click on the .sqs.txt file -> Press F2, remove the .txt..

Yeah, its supposed to make things more "userfriendly"..

I think WinME also has it integrated, win2000 for sure, and of course, winxp.
