does anyone know where i can obtain a pbo putter back to getherer basicaly the oposite of a pbo seperater thing.ive searched the ed depot and i havent seemed to find the right thing . i will understand if you dont understand this.

I like to use PBO Tool, it will both compress and decompress pbo's.  It's the second download:
