how can i get a tank to reload more quickly cause its to unreal on ofp as in real life shell will be straight out after fire then the new would be placed in the it will be cocked and ready to fire in around 10-15 seconds so then i can use less tanks to make it look like loads of shells firing incase waiting till it fires again

Reload times are different for each tank. There might be something in the config you could edit, but I doubt there's a pure mission-editing way.

Macguba is right, the reload times are defined in the config of an addon, and can't be adjusted by a script.
