I need to see into a binarized config.bin file

Do any of you know a program that will let me do this?

This program will sometimes work, although not very reliably:

A better bet is the chain of command's Bin Viewer utility. I don't know where to d/l it, but I would suggest trying their website:

www.thechainofcommand.net (or .com?)

Or else do a search for it on the official forums.

EDIT

Here is the BinViewer, but it sounds like it might not be used for decrypting config.bins. Who knows:
