what is the tonal mist logic? i guess its mist for weather but how do i add it to missions?

It creates a smoke effect around the game logic (looking like djungle mist), in about the same way a smokeShell does. Place one on your map and have alook at it. They wear themselves out after 5 minutes or something. They are also MP-safe.
