global fire auto mode

 ???
How can i make all west,east,resist units fire ONLY in auto mode with HD magazines(high dispersion).I want increase more firefight like real urban war,with no economy of magazines,because the units need only one shot to put you down,and i knew that in BAS mod that uses HD magazines the first shot is very high accuracity!
Plz help me!

use weapons with AF-only! :-* ;D like the M60/PK ...and loads of static m2mg's (HD)
