Slow hover - quick disembark script

Hey all,

I'm in a big need for such a script. What I need basically is for a UH60 to hover ( 2km/h 2m above ground ) and disembark the squad ( in a 2 times faster way than normally, like for each guy disembarking from one side, one guy would do the same on the other side of the UH60 )

Maybe use a get out or transport unload waypoint and in its activation field put

heli flyinheight 5

Choppers behave much better if you use it in a mission.  Landings are smoother and the guys seem to unass it much faster.  I'm sure you can also play around with it a bit to make it hover a bit above the ground.

Hey All-

Do you want the helo to keep moving across the ground or come to a complete stop hovering off the ground?  The former is a little tougher cause the guys usually get hurt.  The latter is definitely possible though.

Also a mission I just put out uses multiple helo's to deploy air cav troops quickly.  Similar to what you want, just it lands instead of hovering.  Its called "In the presence of Danger" and its pending in the missions depot.

For the script, it should hover 2km/h

I dont think they'd get hurt. If yes, can one script that they wont get hurt?
