Are anyone familiar with a text to speech engine wich speaks Russian from english written text?
That would be awesome...

It probably exist , but it won't be free.
Lernout & Hauspie software maybe?

You could try using things like http://bablefish.altavista.com
it will translate from english to russian, and find a russian text to speech program
More chance that way ;)
