Debug Spectator

Hi men!!!!

Sorry for my bad english i live in france so.... ;D

I begin in Editor so can you help me please? look my problem :


My problem is the greatest invention called : Debug Spectator!!!!

I have juste one question :

How can i do with this debug spectator that only ONE men can see the console, can see the spectator mod?

Because when i click in menu radio, all players present in the map see the console but i want that only one men can see the spectator mod.
