How to make different drivers in vehicles

I would like to be able to make different units in some vehicles, for example, some ww2 vehicles have 80's troops driving and in some desert vehicles, there is a woodland guy driving. How can I change the driver (and crew) for a missions?

Pick an empty vehicle and then moveindriver (check comref) a soldier there.
