How to e-mail my finished mission?
« on: 29 Jul 2004, 03:38:09 »
Everytime I try to attach my finished mp misison to my e-mail. Yahoo gives me a message. "The document contains no data". When I try to e-mail a BAS made mp mission I don't get that message.

Did you .zip it or something or even make it a .pbo yet?

I'd imagine its an attachment kind of thing. Some emailers can only have a 1mb attachment size. Or it varies...

 :P

I dunno this may be a Yahoo! problem. Fook them, I like hotmail. 8)

edit: shouldn't get brand crazy.....

I havn't tried Hotmail yet, I think my file is already in .pbo format because when I check properties, it says it is a file type .pbo.  I think when the editor saves the file as mp it automatically creates it as a .pbo. I also tried zipping it with Winrar, and that did not help either.

Winrar makes .rar's and .zips I think. However it sounds like you have the format right. This problem may lie in the email. Not OFP.

Best to contact them and see the rules or policies on attachments. Yours may be to big or the attachments do not support .pbos or .zips or .rars... :P

He's right, Yahoo does not support attaching PBO files to emails.. Although it gives you 100 megs of storage :)

You have to zip it up.. Download the latest version of WinZip and crack it.

*Shh, you didnt hear me say that ok?* :)

Admin is hitting the spacebar now, toggling between MachineGun30, Lock ability, and beating your @ss... ;D

I'm leaning to the latter, would make for good watching. ;)
