Re: Changing the setCaptive. I think you have to use an Event Handler (EH). You set the EH to check for the player to fire and when he does run a simple script that sets the SetCaptive to false.
I really don't know the syntax etc for EH's but I'm sure that there are tutes etc over in the tutorials section. EH's look very useful - they're probably going to be next area of study for the game . . .
