Getting up to date

I've just got into OFP again and I've noticed alot of addons and stuff upgrading the look and play of the game. I was just wondering if there's a guide to getting up to date with the latest and greatest, as there's alot of stuff out there and I'm kinda lost as what to get....

Get what you need.

You need a vietnam mod for a mission your making/playing, download the SEB nam pack 2. Need cool yank spec ops unit download BAS Delta/Rangers, etc.

Retaliation campaign (MUST play)
Enhanced Configuration Project (ECP - in the Editors Depot)
Finnish Defence Forces mod (FDF)
Ballistic Addon Studios (BAS)
Chain of Command (CoC)

Did I mention the Retaliation campaign?

Search Google or official forums for links, sorry I don't have them to hand.
