plane swoop down

is there a way to make a plane from about 90 alt, to go down to like 10 alt and then back up to 90......????

There's that command: name_of_plane flyinheight xxx

while xxx is the altitude in meters

But 90 10 90 i wouldn't recommend as i'm quite sure all the
plane would do is: to build a tunnel in the landscape

thx, i did the same thing before but it didnt seem to go down but its sorted now, and the pilots dont go down below about 10m anyway.

You could try giving the plane a little "push" using setvelocity:

plane setvelocity [velocity plane select 0, velocity plane select 1, -10 ]

Try playing around with that last number. This won't make the plane tip its nose downward though, so it may or may not look right. That is why I'd say you do it while the AI is already flying downwards via "flyinheight"
