Hey, could anyone mak a flamethrower, how do I make the addons into .pbo files and is this the right place to put Weapon Ideas?

Several Mod teams are attempting to make a flamethrower, but it is no easy task.

I don't know anything about addon making and you probably should have posted this in Addon Editing. That way you are more likely to get question #2 answered.
