1)   Trigger:-

Condition:   daytime > 11.75

syntax not guaranteed.    Alternatively, if you want something to happen a certain amount of time after a mission starts, just put the relevant time in seconds in the Countdown fields and set the Condition field to true.

2)  There is an invisible target addon somewhere.   Get hold
of it and use doTarget and doFire commands on your loons.

You've posted this one the wrong board so I've asked the mods to move it.     The Mission Depot boardi s for comments and questions relating specifically to the Mission Depot.     Normal mission editing questions like this should go on the Editing/Scripting: General board.   ;)

Oh, and

As for the first thing, I think Macguba got it straight.

One think I want to point out though about your second concern. The AI can be too smart sometimes and I would recommend putting their skill at zero cause even if they don't see the shot or where it came from they can "sense" your presence and many times I have been shot through bushes. Use those dofire and dotarget commands well.
