Yes, it's me again.

Does anyone know the exact dimensions needed for Overviews?
Is the .jpg image to be a certain size and the command text in the Overview another?

Also, does this change for the Overview of a campaign header?

 I can't remember what the exact image size limit is.. but it's fairly small though If I remember correctly..
 
 what you can do though is edit the html code to make the image larger on the page so that's why you'll see different sizes of pictures used...

Standard OFP overview .paa files are sized at 256 x 128. Then as Kaliyuga said, they're resized by the html code to 170 x 64.

The picture must be saved with sides a power of two in pixels.     2,3,16,32,64,128 etc.   However, in the code in the overview.html file you can make the pic any size you want as long as it will fit on the page.
