Escape + Dialoges
« on: 04 Jan 2004, 23:18:45 »
Yo m8s! So I have this self-modified version of a Dialouge/Conversation System, however there's a small problem.

I want in-depth conversations, not just like hi, and good-bye and that crap, I want people that feel emotions to how you play your charachter and what you say to them. So far I can do it, but, if you can just exit an in-depth conversation with escape the whole system will crash and the game will be filled with strange bugs. So can I keep the player away from pressing escape, making the dialog immune from escape attacks? Thanks.

I'm afraid that won't work. ;)

disableUserInput true

In a initIntro.sqs file should work ;)

and then

disableUserInput false

before you exit the script.
