is there a document that has a list of commands for scripting in operation flash point.
just basic so it can be used in the mission editor

Yeah. The command reference in the Editors Depot has every command in it. You cant run it in game though You have to alt-tab out of the game, or print it out.  :)

8Ball is right.   In fact there are several versions of the command reference.      There are online and downloadable versions of the official command reference.   There is also an excellent unofficial command ref, which gives a different take on all of the earlier commands and includes a lot of other stuff as well.
