ADDON MAKERS FOR MY MOD (srry capslock was on)

I've been looking very hard for a addon maker but I don't seem to find one...
so i said to myself : Daan (that's my name) go and ask it on the ofpec forums there must be a lot of skilled addon makers overthere..
so can anyone help me  
I also need a .cpp-er who can make lazer-beam weapons..
