Music from vehicles?

Is it possoble to have custom sound--in this case a music loop- orienting out of a vehicle?

I'm trying to make the town in my mission have more atmosphere by having civ cars with loud music driving around.

If this has already been covered can you point me to the thread?

You could set a trigger to follow the position of the car and have the trigger making the sound if you wanted.  But I don't know if it would work.

MI_Fred has done a mission with this effect.

The first movie there (and the second one too) has a script that makes a gamelogic follow th car around and play music. the only problem with it is that you can't loop it. You can use the ~ but then if the player uses the time accleration, we know what happens. :P
The script plays the sound only when the cars engine is on, but this can be easily edited. :)

Hey

Yea, it's awsome, but I'm not a very good scripter, I dunno how to encoperate it into another misson/cut-scene.

I've tried heaps of things, not doing the obvious, copying the whole thing ;)
How do I just make a GL follow "Car" playing music ?
