Civilian Riots

I am trying to create a civilian "riot" in a town. I don't know if it possible to simulate thrown rocks, but I was thinking it might be possible for the civies to face the russians (using the doWatch command) and throw punches in the air.

What is the correct command for the unit to use his hands? I know it is in the stringtable file that came with the game. How do I call that up?

If you get the Tossers addon made by Gimbal then the civilians can throw rocks, tvs, bottle.  Its quite a fun addon.
